- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech strategies into corporate vision
- Present compelling tech foresight narratives to investors, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge R&D
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies for rapid prototyping and validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism role
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, CIPM)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board-level stakeholders
