Responsibilities

- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Collaborate with academic institutions on emerging tech research partnerships
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics, quantum applications, or human augmentation
- Proven track record leading complex R&D initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech convergence
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience securing $1M+ in technology innovation funding
- Deep understanding of singularity and post-human technology paradigms
