Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligning with global market trends and emerging innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for quantum computing, AI neural interfaces, and synthetic biology integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and assess commercial viability
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology implementation
- Collaborate with venture capital partners to identify acquisition targets
- Author thought leadership papers and keynote presentations at global tech forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and board members
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech publications
