Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neurosymbolic AI, quantum-resistant cryptography) for commercial viability
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and decentralized networks
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to future-proof their digital transformation strategies
- Present findings at global tech summits including Web Summit and CES
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for experimental technology incubation
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Cognitive Engineering
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Published research in Nature or Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis)
- Proven track record of launching category-defining tech products
- Deep understanding of singularity theory and exponential tech curves
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q#)
- Security clearance preferred for government partnership projects
