- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging technology ethics

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI Systems with 10+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on 2026 tech predictions
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to unicorn status
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor roadmap and 3nm+ architectures
- Certification in Global Futures & Foresight (GFN)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for international negotiations
