Responsibilities
- Architect and execute R&D roadmap for 2026 technology horizons
- Lead quantum computing initiatives with MIT and Stanford partnerships
- Develop AI governance frameworks for ethical deployment
- Manage $5M annual innovation budget across 3 R&D pods
- Present findings at Davos and CES technology summits
- Mentor 15-person technical team through quarterly OKRs
- Secure 3+ patents annually in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Quantum Physics or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proven track record scaling technical teams >50 people
- Expertise in quantum algorithms or neuromorphic computing
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SAP preferred)
- Keynote speaker at 2+ major tech conferences
