Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 tech roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and blockchain convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, data scientists, and UX designers in prototype development
- Advocate for ethical AI deployment strategies and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic research institutions
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Represent company at global tech summits including CES, Web Summit, and MIT Tech Review
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in director/VP-level roles
- Proven track record in scaling enterprise solutions across AI, IoT, and cloud ecosystems
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture or equivalent advanced credential
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $3M with 90%+ project delivery success rate
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and international tech regulations
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
