Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategic roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging tech opportunities and disruptors
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for long-term tech initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic research centers
- Present quarterly tech strategy briefings to the board of directors
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget for 2026 technology portfolio
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, Web3)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to global markets
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation labs
- Certified in TOGAF and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
