- Manage a $50M+ innovation portfolio with global R&D teams

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching transformative technologies post-market disruption
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Deep understanding of socio-technical convergence and ethical implications
- Executive-level experience in Fortune 500 tech or deep-tech startups
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech conferences
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages and quantum computing frameworks
