Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026-relevant technologies (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps with measurable impact metrics
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Present technology forecasts to investors and industry consortiums
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering teams
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two 2026-critical domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
