Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Future Studies with 5+ years experience
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on emerging technologies post-2025
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing architectures
- Proven track record of scaling innovative projects from concept to market
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for AI and biotech convergence
