Responsibilities
- Architect and implement forward-thinking technology solutions targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-driven automation systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into market-ready products
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Maintain competitive intelligence through industry conferences and research publications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in systems architecture and cloud-native deployment
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams through ambiguity
