What you'll achieve: Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps, secure $5M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects, and establish thought leadership through industry keynotes and whitepapers.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for enterprise-scale digital transformation
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, neurotech, decentralized AI) with commercial viability
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate disruptive startups
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Present futuristic technology strategies to Fortune 500 boards and government bodies
- Lead cross-continental innovation sprints with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption readiness across 20+ global offices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on 5+ year roadmaps
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published futurist research
- Portfolio of launched technologies adopted by 1M+ users
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or climate tech
- Top 1% speaker at Web Summit, CES, or Davos forums
- Successful $10M+ R&D budget management experience
- Patents in at least two emerging technology domains
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
