Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology vision across AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions with 3-year market impact
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, AGI, neural interfaces) to build competitive moats
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and regulatory compliance
- Partner with VC firms to scout and acquire disruptive startups aligned with 2026 roadmap
- Present strategic roadmaps to Fortune 500 clients and government innovation boards
- Mentor a team of futurists and technologists through quarterly innovation challenges
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 tech journals
- Track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to billion-dollar valuation
- Certified in Futures Methodology (CFP) and Technology Impact Assessment
- Experience securing DoD/DARPA or NSF grants for forward-looking R&D
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Go preferred) with ML deployment experience
