Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping sessions with engineers and designers
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Mentor a team of 5+ junior futurists and innovation strategists
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Published research in IEEE, Nature Futures, or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven experience building multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of exponential technologies
