Responsibilities

- Establish industry standards for emerging technology governance

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 R&D experience
- Published author in IEEE Nature or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bio-AI, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Security clearance preferred for government-contract work
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
