Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging threats and opportunities across 15+ tech domains
- Present quarterly trend briefings to executive board and industry consortiums
- Design patent strategies for next-gen innovations with our IP legal team
- Author annual 'State of 2026' reports published in leading tech journals
- Mentor cross-functional innovation pods prototyping future-proof solutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology forecasting or R&D leadership
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future technology trajectories
- Deep expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology
- Track record of successful tech commercialization (min. $100M ARR impact)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Fluency in Mandarin and Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
- CFRP (Certified Futurist Research Practitioner) certification preferred
