- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging quantum, AI, and biotech breakthroughs
- Design speculative prototypes for 2026 market readiness testing
- Lead strategic partnerships with academic research institutions
- Produce annual 'State of 2026 Technology' industry reports
- Mentor innovation fellows in exponential technology principles
- Advise C-suite on disruptive technology investment strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- 8+ years in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Published author in technology foresight or innovation theory
- Expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (quantum, AI, nanotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready solutions
- Deep understanding of 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with global tech policy frameworks and ethical innovation
