Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Systems Engineering
- 10+ years in emerging tech R&D with 3+ patents
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic chips, or climate-tech
- Published in Nature/Science with 50+ citations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum assembly
- Security clearance (Tier 1) or equivalent background
