Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 impact
- Published research in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in futures methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering
- Security clearance preferred for government partnership projects
