Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with organizational growth and future market trends.
- Ensure all systems meet stringent DevSecOps standards and compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to allocate budgets and resources for upcoming R&D projects.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and conduct proof-of-concept initiatives to maintain competitive advantage.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in cloud architecture, systems engineering, or technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a strong focus on serverless and microservices architectures.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, future-focused technology migrations.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration, edge computing, and sustainable IT practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Active security clearance or willingness to obtain one.
