Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design and execution of the company's 2026 AI and cloud integration roadmap.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., next-gen LLMs, quantum-safe cryptography) into existing enterprise architectures.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical strategy with future business objectives and market demands.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists focused on forward-looking projects.
- Establish best practices for deploying scalable, secure, and ethical AI systems across all product lines.
- Anticipate and prepare for upcoming 2026 global tech regulations, compliance standards, and data privacy laws.
- Conduct regular technical audits to ensure our infrastructure is future-proof and highly available.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, or technology strategy.
- Deep expertise in modern AI/ML frameworks, Large Language Models (LLMs), and MLOps.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience guiding cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex future-tech concepts into actionable business strategies.
