Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions that scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define product roadmaps.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern engineering best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with peers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability.
- Engage in continuous learning through our structured mentorship and technical development programs.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and help drive the technical vision of your assigned product squad.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date of Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js) or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a major plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a product-focused mindset.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
