Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and hackathons with engineering/product teams
- Present visionary frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term technology adoption impact
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor junior innovators and foster future-forward culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in emerging technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5+ year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience scaling innovative initiatives in enterprise environments
- Portfolio demonstrating future-tech thought leadership (published work, patents, etc.)
