Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technical Roadmap for next-gen AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the architecture and development of Quantum-Enhanced Neural Networks capable of processing real-time data streams at unprecedented speeds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product management, security, and data science—to translate abstract concepts into robust, production-ready code.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and transparency, ensuring our systems remain robust and unbiased.
- Mentor senior engineers and define technical standards for the engineering department.
- Drive research initiatives to explore emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to maintain system integrity and performance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into high-traffic production environments.
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing principles and their practical application to classical machine learning problems.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
