Responsibilities

  • Shader Development: Create custom shaders using HLSL, GLSL, or CG to achieve high-fidelity visual effects and lighting in real-time environments.
  • Pipeline Optimization: Develop and maintain tools and scripts (Python/Mel) to automate asset workflows and improve production efficiency.
  • Texture Management: Optimize texture atlases and resolution settings to balance visual fidelity with performance across various hardware configurations.
  • Technical Direction: Provide technical solutions for complex art challenges, collaborating with engineers to implement innovative rendering techniques.

Qualifications
