Job Description
Are you ready to shape the technological landscape of 2026? Nexus Future Labs is seeking a visionary AI Architect to lead the design and deployment of next-generation artificial intelligence systems. We are building the infrastructure for the future, and we need a technical expert who thrives on complexity and innovation.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-scale engineering. You will be responsible for architecting scalable neural networks, optimizing large language models (LLMs), and ensuring our systems are robust, secure, and ready for the demands of a rapidly evolving digital world.
What You Will Do:
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design end-to-end machine learning pipelines that can handle petabytes of data with low latency.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in model quantization, pruning, and edge computing deployment.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap and standards for our AI infrastructure, specifically targeting the 2026 roadmap milestones.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with data scientists, researchers, and product teams to translate complex research into deployable software.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical AI guidelines to ensure responsible deployment.
Who You Are:
- A deep thinker with a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience designing large-scale distributed systems.
- A master of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps practices.
- A passion for the future of technology and a drive to solve humanity's hardest problems.
Join us and help define the future of AI.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of proprietary AI models and frameworks.
- Optimize model performance for speed and accuracy on cloud and edge devices.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment (CI/CD).
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Research and integrate emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 tech landscape.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Strong proficiency in Python and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
