Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise scalability.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs through advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Lead the architecture for autonomous AI agents capable of complex decision-making workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into real-world products and services.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure robust data pipelines and implement rigorous testing strategies for model reliability.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying production machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of working with LLMs, Transformers, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
