Job Description
We are looking for a visionary AI Architect (2026 Vision) to lead the next generation of intelligent systems at Nexus Horizon Corp. As we bridge the gap between current deep learning and the quantum-integrated future, you will define the architectural blueprints that will power our enterprise solutions through 2026 and beyond. Join a team of world-class engineers dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what is possible in artificial intelligence.
Why Join Us?
This is not just a job; it is an opportunity to shape the trajectory of technology. You will have autonomy to experiment with cutting-edge frameworks, influence our long-term product strategy, and work in an environment that rewards innovation over convention.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant AI frameworks for the 2026 roadmap, integrating generative models with predictive analytics.
- Lead the technical strategy for Quantum-Ready AI, ensuring our current architectures can transition seamlessly to future quantum computing environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, and Security) to translate business objectives into technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of software engineering and ethical AI practices.
- Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) in production, optimizing for latency, cost, and accuracy.
- Define and implement robust data pipelines to support real-time inference and model training at scale.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (minimum 5-7 years of experience).
- Extensive experience in designing and deploying machine learning systems using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Neural Networks, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of leading architectural decisions in high-growth tech environments.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
