Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed fairness principles into algorithms
- Advocate for transparent AI governance across all departments
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and predictive modeling
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical solutions with societal expectations
- Establish compliance protocols for evolving AI regulations (2026 standards)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI ethics experience
- Proven track record of bias mitigation in machine learning systems
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Strong background in responsible AI development methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or adjacent fields preferred
- Experience with cross-functional ethical review boards
