Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical compliance frameworks for generative AI systems
- Lead audits of AI algorithms for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop corporate policies for responsible AI deployment across industries
- Conduct stakeholder consultations on ethical AI implementation challenges
- Represent the company at international AI ethics summits and regulatory bodies
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI development practices

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance or tech compliance
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable policies
- Experience conducting bias audits for large-scale AI systems
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Strong background in risk management for emerging technologies
