Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional audits of autonomous systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical design principles into development lifecycles
- Create governance protocols for generative AI and neural network decision-making
- Represent the company at international AI ethics summits and policy discussions
- Mentor junior ethicists and build an internal AI ethics review board
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, or related field with 5+ years in AI ethics
- Proven experience developing ethical frameworks for deployed AI systems
- Expertise in regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Published research in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Strong technical literacy in ML/AI architectures and limitations
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethics concepts
