Responsibilities
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI systems including quantum neural networks
- Lead cross-functional audits of autonomous decision-making systems
- Partner with UN bodies and governments to establish global AI ethics standards
- Design bias-mitigation protocols for generative AI deployed in critical infrastructure
- Create transparency frameworks for explainable AI in healthcare and finance sectors
- Lead crisis response protocols for AI system failures or ethical breaches
- Mentor junior researchers in AI ethics and responsible innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience developing AI governance frameworks at Fortune 500 or G7 government level
- Expertise in quantum computing ethics and post-classical AI architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or algorithmic fairness
- Certification in ISO/IEC 42001 AI management systems
- Experience working with international regulatory bodies (OECD, UN, WEF)
- Proficiency in Python and knowledge of quantum machine learning frameworks
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and US federal AI regulatory landscape
