Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Advocate for inclusive AI design in cross-functional product teams
- Shape industry standards through collaboration with IEEE and ACM committees
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI deployment
- Monitor emerging regulations and ensure compliance frameworks
- Document ethical guidelines for AI lifecycle management
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, policy, or ethics roles
- Proficiency with bias detection tools (IBM Fairness 360, Aequitas)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Strong background in regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Published work in AI ethics or responsible technology
- Experience with agile development and DevOps practices
