Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Deep understanding of IEEE 7000 and ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in algorithmic transparency explainability
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology
