Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Develop compliance strategies for evolving global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Lead stakeholder engagements on AI transparency and accountability measures
- Create ethics training modules for technical and non-technical teams
- Monitor emerging AI risks and update governance protocols proactively
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI development
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Familiarity with global AI regulatory landscapes (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act)
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating ethical implications of technical systems
- Exceptional communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical audiences
