- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and quantum computing
- Author transparency reports for high-stakes AI decision systems
- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, bias mitigation, or responsible AI
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning model auditing techniques
- Experience facilitating ethical discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published research in AI ethics or relevant conference presentations
- Deep understanding of societal impacts of emerging technologies
