Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and risk assessments for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees including engineers, legal, and community stakeholders
- Design transparent AI documentation protocols for explainable machine learning models
- Establish continuous monitoring systems for ethical compliance in deployed AI solutions
- Create ethics training programs for technical teams developing 2026-generation AI
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption in industry-wide standards development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or machine learning governance roles
- Expertise in bias detection techniques for deep learning and NLP systems
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Strong background in privacy-preserving AI techniques (differential privacy, federated learning)
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI practices in production environments
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical ethics concepts to diverse audiences
