Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments on machine learning models
- Design ethical review protocols for high-impact AI deployments
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align teams on responsible AI principles
- Monitor emerging regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights) and ensure compliance
- Create transparency reports documenting AI decision-making processes
- Advocate for ethical AI standards across engineering, product, and leadership teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI roles
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Strong understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Experience developing ethical AI frameworks in enterprise environments
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google ML Ethics)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
