Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026's quantum-neural networks
- Lead bias audits for generative AI systems processing climate data and healthcare predictions
- Design transparent algorithmic impact assessments for autonomous infrastructure
- Coordinate cross-functional ethics reviews with biotech and neurotech teams
- Shape industry-wide ethical standards through partnerships with IEEE and WEF
- Advocate for inclusive AI development in public policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics/AI Philosophy or equivalent 7+ years in responsible AI governance
- Expertise in bias mitigation for large-scale neural networks and predictive models
- Experience with quantum computing ethical frameworks or neuro-implant regulation
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics (top-tier journals preferred)
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging 2026 regulations
- Fluency in ethical programming languages (Python, Prolog) and model auditing tools
