Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for advanced AI systems
- Conduct bias audits of machine learning algorithms using quantum computing tools
- Develop real-time ethical monitoring systems for autonomous decision-making platforms
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI development with global stakeholders
- Author industry white papers on AI ethics standards and regulatory compliance
- Partner with neuroscientists to study human-AI interaction ethical boundaries
- Create predictive models for emerging ethical dilemmas in generative AI
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, or Computer Science with AI specialization
- 5+ years developing ethical frameworks for high-stakes AI systems
- Expertise in quantum computing applications for bias detection
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals (NeurIPS, ICAART)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001
- Experience with neuro-symbolic AI architectures and explainable AI
- Strong background in applied ethics and moral philosophy
- Certification in Responsible AI Governance (RAIG)
