Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Infrastructure: Design and build scalable AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of real-time data for 2026 requirements.
- Predictive Modeling: Lead the research and implementation of advanced predictive algorithms to forecast market trends and user behaviors.
- System Integration: Collaborate with product teams to define the roadmap for integrating autonomous systems into our core platforms.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data security, ethical AI compliance, and privacy regulations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype cutting-edge technologies to validate concepts before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deployment: Proven track record of deploying complex machine learning models in high-traffic production environments.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of neural networks, NLP, computer vision, and distributed systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
