Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neural-symbolic integration
- Experience with AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Deep knowledge of global tech policy landscape and regulatory trends
