Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems (autonomous agents, neural interfaces)
- Partner with Stanford/MIT research labs on emerging tech commercialization strategies
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation initiatives
- Present future tech vision to C-suite and Board of Directors quarterly
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for pilot programs and R&D partnerships
- Curate annual 'FutureTech Summit' featuring industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies or AI ethics
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough tech (3+ case studies)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI
- Executive experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or equivalent practical expertise
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and emerging AI frameworks
