Responsibilities
- Design quantum-resistant neural architectures for 2026's AI ecosystem
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI alignment protocols
- Develop predictive models for socio-technological convergence scenarios
- Architect decentralized AI governance frameworks with zero-trust architecture
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, bio-AI, neuromorphic)
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and government innovation councils
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen human-computer symbiosis
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years in strategic technology forecasting
- Published research in quantum machine learning or ethical AI frameworks
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy protocols
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and neuro-symbolic programming
- Experience with policy advisory for national AI initiatives (e.g., NIST AI RMF)
