Responsibilities
- Architect and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments and impact analyses on generative models and autonomous systems.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, legal, and product teams to integrate compliance into the development lifecycle.
- Monitor emerging global trends in AI policy, including EU AI Act and US federal guidelines, and adapt internal strategies accordingly.
- Develop and maintain audit trails for AI decision-making processes to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Train and mentor stakeholders on responsible AI usage and data ethics.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Law, Public Policy, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML strategy, compliance, or a similar leadership role within the tech industry.
- Deep technical understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI architectures.
- Proven track record of designing governance frameworks for large-scale technology deployments.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term strategic vision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
