Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 AI innovation roadmap with $50M R&D budget
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing AGI prototypes and ethical AI frameworks
- Secure 5+ patents annually for novel AI architectures and quantum-AI hybrids
- Establish industry partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and Fortune 100 AI initiatives
- Present breakthroughs at global AI summits (NeurIPS, AI World Congress)
- Mentor PhD researchers and publish 3+ top-tier AI research papers yearly
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 8+ years in advanced AI development
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade ML systems serving 10M+ users
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent AI venues
- Experience leading $10M+ AI innovation initiatives
- Deep knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum SDKs
