Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models to solve industry-specific challenges.
- Lead the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI solutions into core products.
- Optimize neural networks for next-generation hardware environments and edge computing.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, research, and excellence.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of quantum algorithms to ensure production readiness.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with a demonstrated history of leading complex projects.
- Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane).
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and high-performance computing clusters.
- Strong problem-solving skills, technical leadership, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, futuristic environment.
