Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for 2026-era challenges (e.g., AGI safety, explainable deep learning)
- Lead cross-continental research teams across our Palo Alto, Zurich, and Singapore hubs
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for real-time multimodal data fusion
- Author peer-reviewed publications for Nature/Science journals and top-tier ML conferences
- Translate research prototypes into scalable solutions serving 10M+ users
- Advise C-suite on AI ethics and regulatory compliance frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML/Cognitive Science or equivalent with 5+ years industry R&D
- Published top-tier conference papers (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)

- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud ML stacks (AWS/GCP)
