Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures for enterprise-level solutions
- Lead end-to-end AI solution lifecycle from ideation to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies for strategic implementation
- Develop robust MLOps pipelines for efficient model deployment and monitoring
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical, security, and compliance standards
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence across teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture and implementation
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven track record deploying production-scale AI systems
- Strong understanding of MLOps principles and DevOps practices
- Experience with data engineering and large-scale data processing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts
- Published research or patents in AI/ML fields highly desirable
